Service Description

1. Scale

We provide custom RNA oligonucleotide synthesis services at the 100 nmol, 200 nmol, 1.0 µmol and 5 µmol scales. Inquire for other synthesis scales and final product yields.

2. Purification

In addition to standard salt-free oligos (desalt), we also provide PAGE and HPLC purification at the 0.1 µmol, 0.2 µmol, and 1.0 µmol scales. 

3. Modification

Modification services include 5’ modifications with amine, biotin, FAM, HEX,  phosphorylation and TET. 3’ modifications include amine, biotin, fluorescein and phosphorylation.  Phosphorothioate (S-oligo) and inosine modification are also possible. Please contact us for other modifications as we can perform a wide variety that are not currently listed on online.

We provide any of the eleven standard degenerate bases (Wobble) mixtures at any position. The standard code letters for specifying a wobble are: R=A/G, Y=C/U, M=A/C, K=G/U, S=C/G, W=A/U,  B=C/G/U, D=A/G/U, H=A/C/U, V=A/C/G, and N=A/C/G/U.

4. Plate Oligo

Oligos can be provided in 96-well plate format at no additional charge.  Specify your requirements and plate positions (A1, A2,…etc.) at the time of ordering.
